i am a middle distance runner in nyp track; formerly a middle runner in henderson sec; no significant achievement but i am sure there will be soon; in class MF0502, very united; formerly in HSS 4e3'05, more united..

my achievements

too many liao lazy to type all; alrite dunno how come kanna excellence in conduct for 4 consecutive years (i was the only guy in my sec4 class who kanna it); for 4 consecutive years in HSS cross country top 10; still got alot wan to know come ask directly..

For the past few days i am busy with my group report.. so didn bother to update my blog ya.. finally today i took out sometime to do a make up for my blog.. make up as in return and not that beautifully make up.. wahaha.. alrite as i said i for the past few days its been tensile report.. blah blah blah.. lucky my darling was there to support me.. haha.. tuesday was my worst day ever since i stepped into NYP.. i have got track training then after training i was so so tired because today we didn some "speed play".. ran 400m, 300m, 200m then restart back to 400m, 300m ,200m.. when i got home at about 9-10 plus i started on that tensile report.. i did that report all the way until 3 plus.. so tired.. the tensile report was really damn tough.. wednesday, dear dear got tennis.. i went back to sch at about 6 then send her home.. wahha.. then i rush home to see the olympics voting.. london won!! yea!! shortly after that i go online to the liverpool website to see steven gerrard was going where.. cuz before that he said he wanted to leave the club.. i am very sad lo.. but when i go and check again, it says gerrard wans to stay.. wahahaha!! i am so happy again.. wahha.. happy is happy la.. but i am still tired.. chat with darling until 11 then she go offline le.. then i go play football manager until 1 plus then slp.. wahaha tonite i will update my blog again le.. cuz i must prepare for training later at 5.30 liao.. see ya..
