i am a middle distance runner in nyp track; formerly a middle runner in henderson sec; no significant achievement but i am sure there will be soon; in class MF0502, very united; formerly in HSS 4e3'05, more united..

my achievements

too many liao lazy to type all; alrite dunno how come kanna excellence in conduct for 4 consecutive years (i was the only guy in my sec4 class who kanna it); for 4 consecutive years in HSS cross country top 10; still got alot wan to know come ask directly..

today i had two common test paper.. maths and manufacturing tech.. errr maths ar should be no prob if everything goes rite.. but for manufacturing tech hehehehe.. i think i gotta prepare for the worse.. whahaa.. you know what i meant.. anyway after the paper i went straight to training.. today long d runners only got me, weisiang, firdaus, debbie and one new guy.. dunno whats his name.. wahaha.. we didn 800m (400m slow, 400m burst) 3 sets.. whaha.. after that we went to do slopes.. 10 sets of slopes ar.. tiring rite.. try it.. wahhaa.. then i saw our sprinters wearing weights to sprint.. wahaha.. nyp track is secretly training hard wahaha.. hm.. so tired le after that i join my seniors to eat.. at ang mo kio S11.. haha.. we got 8 ppl to squeeze inside one car.. wahaha.. cool huh.. then dunnit to say after eating we went for pool.. wahaha.. again me team up with zekai.. wahaha and guess what? today we did very well.. zekai&sam (play 4 win 3 lose 1).. merlene&terance (play 4 win 3 lose 1).. kumar and weisiang (play 4 lose 4) wahaha.. so kumar's team pay again lo.. then after that we play another game.. cuz only got 5 ppl then zekai sat out.. hm.. merlene&terance vs sam&kumar.. we were so so close me and kumar lost 3-2.. wahhaa.. its ok la.. nice game anyway.. wahaha.. now feel that i am bonded to the team liao.. no worries.. wahaha.. ok la going to play game liao.. nitez everyone.. muackz darling.. wo ai ni..
